December 19, 2011 – A new questionnaire on Task 6 is now available for download. Responses would be appreciated by 11th January 2012.

September 14 2011 – A new questionnaire is now available for download. An Introduction and Guidance document has also been prepared. Responses would be appreciated by 7 October 2011.
